[c-nsp] 1711 Software Problem

I tried that and it actually jumps back to original version of boot sys
flash IOS even though I typed in boot sys flash:IOS
It's IOS version 12.4(1a) so maybe it's something in the very latest
code.... I'm also going to go back and take out the IPS and see if it's
the cause...
