[c-nsp] Bug Id : CSCeh20533

It's a memory leak bug in the NAT code that was
found by some fancy detection code we have in the code
base.

It's being investigated if the bug is in any code that
would have gone to a customer.

Are you seeing a memory leak in NAT?
