According to the mib locator tool
(http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/MIBS/MainServlet) the
CISCO-AAA-SESSION-MIB (which is a pre-requisite for this feature) is
only available in Enterprise feature sets for the 3640. So you need to
use a different feature set..
