[c-nsp] Cisco 3750G-48TS Stacked Switch problems

Just for clarification: we're using the WS-3750G-48TS-S switches.
These are the 1U units that have 48 ports of gb copper and four gb
fiber uplinks. There are no additional modules outside of GBICs.
Ours are also L2 only. Mainly L2 multicast traffic.
The only requirement outside of stock ip services is the crypto stuff for SSH.
