[c-nsp] Error log message

I've searched through cisco's site and documentation and can't find what 
this is.  Has anyone seen this before and knows what it means?

The error message decoded tells me it's a QOS management warning, but 
much more than that, I can't find:

Jul 22 14:22:59: %QM-SP-STDBY-4-WARNING: TCAM request associate if=1018, 
if_type=0 [lkup=1] status:15
Jul 22 14:22:59: %QM-DFC4-4-WARNING: TCAM request associate if=1018, 
if_type=0 [lkup=1] status:15
Jul 22 14:22:59: %QM-DFC7-4-WARNING: TCAM request associate if=1018, 
if_type=0 [lkup=1] status:15
Jul 22 14:22:59: %QM-DFC2-4-WARNING: TCAM request associate if=1018, 
if_type=0 [lkup=1] status:15
