[c-nsp] Capture WAN Interfaces

	I seem to recall a feature in the new releases, >= 12.3, where
you can capture packets sent/received off a serial interface, and switch
it to a connected FE interface. I don't recall the name, which makes
searching difficult. I don't believe its ERSpan...does anyone know?
