[c-nsp] NEBS?

Consider a 45k square foot data center with standard 19" racks with 
structured cabling and standard aisle cooling techniques.  We use 6509's 
non-NEBS and have noticed the temp with the sup720's running (of course) 
hotter then the older sup2's.  No minor/major alarms (within 5C degrees of 
minor in some cases), but have other folks used the NEBS chassis as a 
standard to get the front/back cooling as opposed to the right/left?
