All: It seems that on older IOS (11.3 and prior), the legacy command "atm pvc" with the keyword "inarp" will automatically allow for forwarding of broadcasts across the specified PVC. The newer "pvc" command does not and requires the interface command "broadcast" or the broadcast keyword in the "protocol" PVC command. Why is that?
