By default, a Cisco router will not bridge a protocol that it
is configured to route, so unless you have 'no ip routing'
configured, IP won't be bridged.
>From your mail it looks like, you should look at Integrated
Routing and Bridging (IRB), which allows the router to bridge
a protocol and then route out of the bridge group.
