Good call Joe.  Keeping the garbage at the border but not sending it on 
to your RRs or other iBGP peers gets us most of what we want without 
much complication at all.

Now, if Rodney can make the feature request case visible again and we 
can get more people to vote for it we may get somewhere with this.
