[c-nsp] Cisco support for RFC 3619 (Ethernet Automatic Protection Switching)

Is there a Cisco switch (c3550 ??) that supports EAPS?  I know it is  
an RFC from a competing vendor but I need EAPS working for some GigE  
metro rings I'm building.
