Credit card... section 10.4 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI/DSS) v1.0 standard ... applies to all merchants and
service providers... failure to comply means no certification, and by
the standard (section 12.8), no else one will or is *allowed* to do
business with you.
