[c-nsp] assigning default domain names to PPP clients

I have a 3640 running 12.2(29) that I'm setting up as a dial-in PPP server 
(in case the VPN is down). I have everything working, except I can't 
figure out how to have the router assign the clients a default domain name 
(so they can lookup 'server' instead of 'server.example.com')

I know I can configure this on each client, but I am hoping I can hand it 
out via PPP.
