[c-nsp] 7401 Ram

Hi All

Quick question - hopefully someone can answer this one for me. I've tried 
google with not much success.
We've just got ahold of another 7401 (got one already) and cant remember 
what RAM it likes. Current box is in production so we don't really fancy 
popping the lid off to take a look.
As far as I remember its bog standard PC100, no ECC or anything.
