[c-nsp] Booting from tftp server on a 1601

Hello -

I have an outdated 1601 with 4 megs of flash and I would like to run an
IOS image that is 5 megs.

If I tell the router to boot from tftp, i.e.:

Boot system tftp c160-whatever.bin 1.2.3.4

Will it load the ios image into RAM or try to download it to flash?

I would like to verify this before attempting since the router is at a
remote site.
