[c-nsp] Router 7206 fails when rebooting

Well, my part nbr is 73-6988-11 so it should not be affected (-06 and
earlier are)
Config reg is set to 0x2102 and AUX is not connected.
But it happens sometimes that the console is connected only to router
(second end is hanging) and I have heard, that sometimes it cause
problems with reboot.
Can it be true?
(i am going to make some test with that, but I decided to ask as well) :-)
