[c-nsp] 7600/6500 Online Diagnostics

I am interested in how folks have configured the online
diagnostics features in 12.2SX for the 7600 and 6500 w/
one or dual sup720's.  The documentation I have found
only shows what one could configure, but not what one
would do in the real world.

What specific tests are you running on what cards?  Are
you running tests on demand, nightly, every 'n' minutes,
never?  How intrusive are your tests?
