[c-nsp] Clearing static route help....

	I am doing some router maintenance and am trying to clear out a
route from the routing table of a 2620, very small table with only a few
routes in it. I issue the command clear ip route 165.254.0.0 255.255.0.0
And when I look at show IP route it is back again.
	The entry looks like this: S    165.254.0.0/16 [1/0] via 10.0.1.8.
	If somebody could contact me off list and show me what I am missing
I would be grateful.
