[c-nsp] Upgrade from 12.2(17a)LD to 12.2(28)S gone horriblywrong...I think.

Set the startup config in the nvram to boot system goodimage, then follow
these instructions:

Note:

"...If both the main image and the boot image are corrupted or deleted,
the only way to recover the router is to swap the PCMCIA card...."

So it is lucky you still have a good image in your pcmcia.
