[c-nsp] Two DS3s Bounced at the Same Time

I'll go check these bug reports now. Was there a problem with the
PA-T3+? We have two of those, not a single PA-2T3+. I'd imagine that
the PA-T3+ also had the problem. I'll go look right now.
