[c-nsp] C7200-I/O-GE+E and HSRP group limits

Does the 7206 C7200-I/O-GE+E module have any HSRP group limits under
IOS 12.2? I have 11 dot1q sub-interfaces on gigE0/0 and I noticed that 
somebody had configured "standby use-bia" which I don't think is required.
