[c-nsp] 64bit Mac accounting?

Is anyone able to shed some light as to which versions of IOS for a 7500
will support 64 bit mac accounting counters? I've got 32 bit working
fine,
but get 'no such object' when querying 64 bit counters with 12.3(12a)
PV.
