Ok,
I tried to make these command changes:

Controller T1 2/0
All I can do is change:
esf Extended Superframe
  sf Superframe

Am I missing something or do I have the wrong card ?

This is pa-mc8E1, but should be the same
You need to create a channel group with the appropriate timeslots :-
controller E1 3/7
 framing NO-CRC4
 channel-group 1 timeslots 1-8
 channel-group 2 timeslots 9-12
 channel-group 3 timeslots 17-20
 channel-group 13 timeslots 13-14
 channel-group 21 timeslots 21-28

And then you have sub interfaces:-

interface Serial3/7:1
 description interface 1
 ip address 10.10.1.10 255.255.255.252
!
interface Serial3/7:2
  ip address 172.16.1.122 255.255.255.252

!
interface Serial3/7:3
  ip address 172.16.1.186 255.255.255.252
