[c-nsp] c7206VXR(NPE-G1) w/ 12.2(18)S8 - Memory failures

I've seen similar behavior on several lower series routers, incl. a
3640 one. The reason was always lack of memory. Recently I switched
out 7206 NPE-G1 from 256 MB to 1GB RAM and it feels much happier now
:)
