[c-nsp] OC3 Card Recommendations for 7200 NPE-G1

You have no real options... it's the same card, either MultiMode or
SingleMode (which depends on the circuit type).
7200 does all processing in CPU in any way, and an NPE-G1 would handle
such a circuit with no trouble (unless you have much more other
traffic on the router)
