[c-nsp] port channel

I've managed to get 7/1 and 7/2 into the same port channel group, but port
channel info still shows no channeling. Is this normal behavior when only
one of the two ports is active (I'd expect port channel should show an
active membership but disabled interface given the failover capability of
teh protocol).

No ports channelling

(yes... that's the actual Cisco spelling!)
