[c-nsp] 6513 vs. 7613

This might be a really dumb question, but is there any difference
between these two chassis, or is it just the modules that differ?

Perhaps a better question is this: what are the key differences between
a 6513 and 7613? I used to be under the impression that the 7613 was a
virtual clone of the 6513 but now I don't think that is the case.
