[c-nsp] Strange 831/SOHO issue

now, we might need some more details:
how do you connect an E1 to a 831 ? theres something else in between most likely..
But anyway, just to note: I had *very* bad experiences wit the 83X series and IPSec VPN's in all available IOS-releases from 12.2(13(ZH4) to 12.3(7)T, replaciong them finally with 1712's..
