[c-nsp] syslog - each device logs to a diff file

Hi,

I was working with syslog and i see i can only add 7 devices using the
local* facility, how can i make it log from each device to a specific
file, to make it easier for reading, i was told syslog-ng does it, but
i find its syntax a little complex.
