[c-nsp] Power Reserved for 2nd SUP

hello,

  AFAIK there is no way to 'tell' the box not to reserve power for the second sup,
however, nothing prevents you from installing the 6748-GE-TX into the slot, where
the redundant sup would reside. The power required by the 6748-GE-TX is roughly equals
to that of the sup720.... so, the box reserves the power and you use it!

Hello,

We're currently running a single SUP720 in a 6509. I noticed (w/ show 
power) that the system is reserving 328.44 watts for a second sup. We 
currently don't have plans for a second sup in this chassis, but would 
like to use the power for a 6748-GE-TX .. anyone know how?
