His point on other vendors is correct.  For a single-port application, two 
RAD IPMux boxes will cost you around $2,500.  You should probably check into 
them.

They do CES at the Layer 2 level - so they support any sort of proprietary 
signalling.  They convert straight to IP and back.

Don't have experience with any of the other vendors.
