[c-nsp] %MLS_STAT-SP-4-IP_LEN_ERR: MAC/IP length inconsistencies

I see the same error message on several of our 7600s (Sup2/MSFC2) all
the time. I have never been able to isolate the source of the corrupted
Ethernet frames. It would really help if Cisco included the source MAC in
the error message.
