[c-nsp] 3750 reboot mystery

Hey all,
	Trying to figure out why one of my 3750's suddenly rebooted
itself last night.  It's part of a two member stack hooked up to an RPS
and at 12:33pm looks like unit 2 suddenly took a dump.  Any ideas on how
I can proceed in determining more of a definitive cause as to what may
have happened?  Here's the relevant log excerpts:
