[c-nsp] 3750 reboot mystery

What version of code.  I know there was a bug with a recent code release 
where you could get random reboots if you did a "show cdp neighbors". 
We had to upgrade to 12.2.25(SEB) to address it, although something 
recent in the 12.1.x train may have addressed it as well.
