[c-nsp] 3750 reboot mystery

I do know the show cdp bug is pretty rare, but it can occur.  If you are 
concerned, I'd rev to 12.2(25)SEB.

There's a new spin of 12.2.25 slated to come out in the June/July 
timeframe (12.2.25SEC) that fixes a HUGE number of bugs for us so if you 
don't want multiple outages, you might want to wait since the CDP bug is 
fairly rare.
