[c-nsp] 3750 reboot mystery

The bug Robert is referring to is CSCsa78000 and is fixed only in
12.2(25)SEB1.
I am not sure if this crash applies to you, as it happens *only* when
'show cdp neighbor detail' or 'show cdp entry'
