[c-nsp] Laptop USB-to-serial adapters - Break sequence?

I use a keyspan USB-19HS Dongle with my Mac OS X laptop...I havent' 
actually tried it with Linux yet though.  I could probably give that a rip 
at work.

Pretty much all of them are however some won't/can't send BREAK or do 
hardware handshaking properly -- the keyspan units all seem to.  I've been 
happy with OS X + ZTerm + Keyspan combination since my 1999 vintage laptop 
took it's nosedive too :)
