has anyone reported to TAC yet? I have same problem on a 3750 upgraded to 12.2 (25) SED. The upgrade part is successful, but then flash is not readable. I can do fsck no problem, but then flash is not readable again.

one of our 3750's (24 port gig copper with 4 fibres) has just died in
wierd fashion. upon booting it gives us a 'this switch is unusable!'
error on serial console and then dumps to login prompt. the config
is not read (it is present) and the switch has loaded up. it just
doesnt....well, switch! , this is the SEC verison of this release.
