one of our 3750's (24 port gig copper with 4 fibres) has just died in
wierd fashion. upon booting it gives us a 'this switch is unusable!'
error on serial console and then dumps to login prompt. the config
is not read (it is present) and the switch has loaded up. it just
doesnt....well, switch! , this is the SEC verison of this release.
