[c-nsp] AP 1300 & WDS

I'am trying run WDS on my Cisco AP 1300G  (Version 12.3(7)JA1) in manual we can see than it can be enabled by next config

This example shows the CLI commands that are equivalent to the steps listed in the “Configuring Access
Point/Bridges as Potential WDS Devices” section on page11-8:
AP# configure terminal
AP(config)# aaa new-model
AP(config)# wlccp wds priority 200 interface bvi1
AP(config)# wlccp authentication-server infrastructure infra_devices
AP(config)# wlccp authentication-server client any client_devices
AP(config-wlccp-auth)# ssid fred
AP(config-wlccp-auth)# ssid ginger
AP(config)# end

but my AP do not allow use it

ap(config)#wlccp ?
   ap  Enable WLCCP AP


server version of wds can not be enabled on my AP, why?
