3 fullBGP feeds for 2800 series is a bit too much I think, even for 2851. I'd vote for 3845 box. Besides - it has nice built-in additional features (what you probably wouldn't need) like VPN accelerator. Some tests, like miercom.com show that 3845 boxes can route up to 1Gig of traffic ;)

What level of traffic?  What is the current utilization of your links?

You do need a router that can handle your three feeds (at least 512 MB 
of memory), so you'd probably be best of with a 7200VXR (eBay) or maybe
a 2800 series router...this depends on the utilization of your links, 
though.
