[c-nsp] 56K DS0 to DS1 multiplexer?

Take a look at the Adtran TSU 120 or 600 series.  YOu should be able  
to build a mux with 4 DDS channels and 1 DSX-1 channel to connection  
to a WIC-1DSU on a router

You may need to front end the 600 TSU with 4 DSU 56/64 to covert the  
DDS to v.35
