[c-nsp] OIR in 7206 - FIB messages

Hello,

 

yesterday I inserted a PA-A3-OC3MM into a 7206VXR, and it went fine, except
for the messages below.

 

Is there anything to worry about (CCO Error Message Decoder being as useful
as usual :-)?

administratively shut down
