[c-nsp] C7200-I/O-2FE/E and NPE-300

Can you use a C7200-I/O-2FE/E on a NPE-300 VXR ? I am getting conflicting
answers
from  vendors.

Table 7 seems to indicate NPE-255, XVR (with qualifications to specific
hardware rev) is the minimum for the I/O-2FE/E.
