[c-nsp] Sub-Interface Support 122.25.SEC 3750

If the port was in "switchport" then you won't be able to configure
sub-interfaces. What happens when you do a "no switchport" first. The
default on the 6500 is "no switchport", while the default on everything else
is "switchport".
