[c-nsp] User Authentication in PIX 6.3

Hello -

I am using username authentication on 6.3 and logging in with a priv 15
account but I still have to enable after logging in. Is there an
equivalent to setting priv 15 on the vty ports in IOS for PIX 6.3?
