Absolutely, just use a dialer, put each of the pvcs from each of the 
ADSLs into into the relevant dialer-pool and set the encapsulation to 
use the dialer. Then just enable ppp multilink in the dialer.

Just make sure your provider supports MLPPP or MMP (if they require it). 
Use 'show ppp multilink' to see how the frames are getting reordered etc.
