[c-nsp] Switch Recommendations

I have a customer looking to collapse 7 switches via fiber closets to a main
switch.  Can someone recommend switches for the 2 sceanrios below.  Cisco
preferred:

1 MDF - Switch needs 12 Ports fiber and 12 copper 10/100

7 IDF's - 1 port fiber and 6 ports copper 10/100 ea

Fiber can be GBIC or SPF.

Its a wireless network for internet access, so I don't expect > 10mb of
traffic sustained across the backbone.
