Not sure anyone is interesting since there were no replies whatsoever,
which was quite surprising to me.

Just in case, DDTS is CSCsc12736 and the culprit is MPLS forwarding.
Incoming and outgoing timestamping (which should compensate for CPU
processing overhead) doesn't work if MPLS forwarding in a VRF is used.

With that bug fix applied, the maximum RTT between PEs inside a
2547bis VRF is charmingly unaffected by CPU load on the RTR^WSAA^WIP
SLA sender or responder.
