Also, this stuff is sufficiently broad spectrum that 1300 nm vs 1310 nm
isn't really all that important. Consider the fact that a fiber pair with
LX/LH at one end and ZX at the other end may work most of the time, and
you get some idea of just *how* broad spectrum it is.

Yup, CWDM and DWDM is a whole different ballgame.
